The goal was to make patent education engaging and memorable, turning complex legal concepts into entertaining, relatable lessons.
The Patent Beast™ grew out of Bob Fish’s l(www.fishiplaw.com)aw comics, which drew on over 30 years of real-world patent and IP experience.
These comics (https://fishiplaw.com/patent-beast/)combined education with law-themed comedy, using stories from actual cases to show inventors how patents work, common mistakes to avoid, and strategies for protecting ideas.
