Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on March 26, 2026
Fish IP Law, LLP is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all individuals, including those with disabilities. We are continuously improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our website, www.fishiplaw.com.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
Fish IP Law, LLP strives to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. We regularly monitor our website to ensure that our content—including our FishFAQ video series and legal inquiry forms—remains accessible to users of screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and other assistive technologies.
Accessibility Features
To ensure an inclusive experience, we have implemented the following features:
• Video Content: We aim to provide captions or transcripts for our FishFAQ video installments.
• Navigation: Our website is designed to be navigable via keyboard without the use of a mouse.
• Readability: We maintain high color contrast ratios and support text-resizing up to 200% without loss of functionality.
• Form Accessibility: Our "Ask a Question" and contact forms include descriptive labels and clear error identification.

Technical Specifications
Accessibility of the Fish IP Law website relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:
• HTML
• WAI-ARIA
• CSS
• JavaScript
Known Limitations
While we strive for 100% compliance, some older legacy PDF documents or archived video content may not yet be fully optimized. We are actively working to remediate these files. If you need immediate access to a specific document, please reach out to us at the contact information above.
Implementation Instructions:
1. Placement: This should be its own page, linked clearly in your website footer as "Accessibility Statement."
2. Audit: Ensure your FishFAQ videos (specifically Video #4) have closed captioning enabled on YouTube, as "Video without captions" is a primary trigger for Unruh Act lawsuits in 2026.
3. Certify: If you have an IT team, ask them to provide a "Certification of Accessibility" once they verify the site meets WCAG 2.1 AA.
